Apply for Fall 2025

16-Week Journey to Excellence

Our comprehensive program builds expertise through progressive phases, each designed to deepen your understanding of bug tracking systems and quality assurance processes that keep software running smoothly.

Weeks 1-4

Foundation & Tool Familiarization

Start with the fundamentals of bug lifecycle management and get hands-on experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, and GitHub Issues. Learn how to write clear, actionable bug reports that developers actually want to read. We'll cover severity classification, priority assignment, and the communication skills that make or break quality assurance teams.

Weeks 5-8

Advanced Detection Techniques

Dive deeper into systematic testing approaches and automated bug detection. Practice with real-world scenarios from web applications, mobile apps, and API testing. You'll learn to spot edge cases that others miss and develop an intuitive sense for where bugs typically hide in different types of software systems.

Weeks 9-12

Team Collaboration & Workflow Integration

Master the human side of bug tracking by learning how QA fits into agile development cycles. Practice facilitating productive conversations between developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Understand how to balance thoroughness with delivery timelines, and when to escalate issues appropriately.

Weeks 13-16

Capstone Project & Portfolio Development

Apply everything you've learned to a comprehensive project involving a real application with intentionally introduced bugs. Document your findings, implement tracking workflows, and present solutions to industry professionals. Build a portfolio that demonstrates your systematic approach to quality assurance.

Learn from Industry Veterans

Our instructors bring over 15 years of combined experience from Taiwan's leading tech companies. They've tracked thousands of bugs, managed QA teams through critical product launches, and know exactly what employers look for in quality assurance professionals.

Each session balances theoretical knowledge with practical application. You'll work on real projects, review actual bug reports from production systems, and learn the subtle judgment calls that separate good QA professionals from great ones.
